  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes, washed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, toss the fingerling potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

  5. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
