- 4 pork steaks
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of mixed nuts, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking oil, for frying
