How To Make Apple & Mustard Pork Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 apple, grated
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- lettuce leaves, for serving
- sliced red onions, for serving
- sliced tomatoes, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, grated apple, dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into four patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1 minute, until lightly browned.

Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce leaves, sliced red onions, and sliced tomatoes. Cover with the top half of the bun.
