How To Make Marmalade Pork

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup marmalade
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, whisk together the marmalade, olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, and garlic.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2 minutes on each side.

Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and pour the marmalade mixture over them.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.

Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
