Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together the marmalade, olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, and garlic.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2 minutes on each side.

  5. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and pour the marmalade mixture over them.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
