How To Make Corn and Bacon Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh corn
  • 6 strips of bacon, diced
  • 1/4 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Roast corn for 15 minutes or until slightly charred. Set aside to cool.

  3. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside.

  4. Cut corn kernels off the cob and put them in a bowl.

  5. Add bacon, red onion, cilantro, and feta cheese.

  6. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
