How To Make Baby Bella Mushroom Pasta Recipe
A hearty and flavorful pasta dish featuring Baby Bella mushrooms.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 12 oz. of pasta
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 8 oz. of Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they’re tender and lightly browned.

Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream and stir well.

Cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Drain the pasta and toss with the mushroom sauce.
