Ingredients
- 4 wholemeal wraps
- 2 cups of cooked peas
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 roasted beetroots, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of baby spinach leaves
Instructions

In a food processor, blend the cooked peas, fresh mint leaves, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Warm the wholemeal wraps according to package instructions.
