Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

  3. Brush chicken breasts with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  5. Brush the cooked chicken with the honey and sriracha sauce mixture.

  6. Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.

  7. Warm tortillas on the grill or stovetop.

  8. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each tortilla.

  9. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, chopped cilantro, and chicken strips.

  10. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
