- 4 ripe plantains, peeled and sliced diagonally
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the sliced plantains to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
