  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the sliced plantains to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

  3. Sprinkle the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt over the plantains and stir gently to coat.

  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sugar has melted and the plantains are caramelized.

  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
