How To Make Fried Plantains Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 ripe plantains
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Heat enough vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot for frying.

Peel the plantains and cut them into thin slices, about 1/2 inch thick.

Place the plantain slices in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried plantains from the oil and transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
