Ingredients
- 1 pound fiddleheads
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Clean the fiddleheads by removing any brown papery scales and trimming the ends.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the fiddleheads for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the blanched fiddleheads to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender and lightly browned.
