Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
