  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  4. Toss the cauliflower to evenly coat with the seasonings.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown on the edges.
