How To Make Rhubarb Crisp Recipe
A deliciously tangy and sweet Rhubarb Crisp with a crispy oat topping.

Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, and ground cinnamon. Spread the mixture evenly in an 8×8 inch baking dish.

In another mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, and softened butter.

Spread the mixture evenly over the rhubarb mixture.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
