Ingredients
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the rhubarb, strawberries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.

Add the cold cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to rub the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Pour the rhubarb and strawberry mixture into a baking dish. Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit.
