  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the rhubarb, flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Add the cold butter to the mixture and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut it into the dry ingredients until crumbly.
