How To Make Rhubarb Cobbler Recipe

- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, mix rhubarb, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

Pour rhubarb mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.

In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in butter with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in milk until just combined.
