How To Make Rhubarb BBQ Sauce Recipe
A tangy, sweet BBQ sauce made with fresh rhubarb that pairs perfectly with grilled meats and veggies.

Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rhubarb has broken down and sauce has thickened.

Remove from heat and let cool.
