- 4 large Portobello mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Clean the Portobello mushrooms by gently removing any dirt with a damp cloth.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Mix well.

Brush the mushroom caps with the olive oil mixture on both sides.

Place the mushrooms on the grill, gill-side down. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until grill marks appear.

Flip the mushrooms and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until tender and juicy.

Remove the mushrooms from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
