How To Make Stephanie Izard’s Cauliflower Steak Recipe
Delicious vegetarian alternative to a meaty steak, with a crispy exterior and tender interior.

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, sliced into thick steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush both sides of cauliflower steaks with oil mixture and place onto prepared baking sheet.

Roast in oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and tender.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower steaks and place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
