Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Salsa, for topping
  • Guacamole, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, lime juice, orange juice, and cilantro. Mix well.

  2. Add the sliced flank steak to the marinade and toss to coat. Allow the steak to marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.

  5. Fill each tortilla with the cooked carne picada and top with salsa and guacamole.
