How To Make Slow Cooker Moroccan Lamb Stew

- 2 lbs lamb shoulder, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In the slow cooker, combine the lamb, onion, garlic, carrots, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, broth, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours or high heat for 4 hours, until the lamb is tender.
