  • 4 steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons ground porcini mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the ground porcini mushrooms, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the porcini mixture evenly onto both sides of the steaks.

  4. Drizzle the steaks with olive oil and massage it into the meat.

  5. Place the steaks on the preheated grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.

  6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
