How To Make Porcini-rubbed Steak

- 4 steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons ground porcini mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat grill to high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the ground porcini mushrooms, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the porcini mixture evenly onto both sides of the steaks.
