How To Make Lavender Pork Steaks

Each bite of these grilled pork steaks is bursting with flavors. This easy aromatic dish uses lavender, rosemary, and thyme for a scrumptious filling plate.

Ingredients

  • 1cupvegetable oil
  • 4tbspfresh lavender,finely chopped
  • 3tbspfresh rosemary,chopped
  • 1tbspfresh thyme,chopped
  • 4pork steaks

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to low heat.

  2. Pour the oil into a large, resealable plastic bag. Add the lavender, rosemary, and thyme, then let stand for 10 minutes.

  3. Place steaks in bag with marinade, and marinate for 5 minutes.

  4. Lightly oil the grate. Remove the steaks from the marinade, and arrange on grill.

  5. Cook, turning once or twice, for 20 to 30 minutes, or until done.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
