Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped

  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups of chopped kale

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except kale in a slow cooker.

  2. Cook on low for 6 hours.

  3. Add kale to the soup and stir until wilted.
