Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup uncooked small pasta
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Combine tomatoes, beans, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, broth, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in slow cooker.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

  3. Stir in uncooked pasta and spinach during last 30 minutes of cooking.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy.
