  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped clams
  • 1 cup chopped lobster meat
  • 1 cup chopped scallops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

  2. Add the diced potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Pour in the seafood broth, whole milk, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
