- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups seafood broth
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped clams
- 1 cup chopped lobster meat
- 1 cup chopped scallops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
