  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups seafood broth
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Cook until vegetables are softened.

  2. Add diced tomatoes, seafood broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
