  • 8 cups water

Instructions

  2. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing position.

  3. Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.

  4. Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally.

  5. Open the Instant Pot and carefully strain the broth into a large bowl.

  6. Discard the vegetables and seasonings.

  7. Use the vegetable broth immediately or let it cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
