- 1 cup dried split peas, rinsed
- 1 pound ham, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Place the rinsed split peas, diced ham, onion, carrots, celery, chicken broth, water, dried thyme, salt, and pepper into the Instant Pot.
