How To Make Creamy Cauliflower Soup
A smooth and velvety soup made with cauliflower, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a pot over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add the chopped cauliflower and vegetable broth. Let it simmer for 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft and tender.

Using an immersion blender or a blender, puree the soup until smooth and creamy.

Pour back the soup into the pot and add the heavy cream. Stir well.
