  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add the cubed potatoes and broccoli florets to the pot, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
