Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and celery, and cook until softened.

Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir well to coat. Cook for 1 minute.
