  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

  2. Add the diced potatoes, shredded chicken, chicken broth, milk, heavy cream, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
