Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add the cauliflower and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
