How To Make Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds beef stew meat, cut into cubes
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine the beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef and vegetables in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or until the beef is tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and water until smooth. Stir into the beef stew to thicken the sauce. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high heat.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
