  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 2 grapefruits, segmented

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

  5. In a separate bowl, gently toss the avocado slices and grapefruit segments together.

  6. Divide the avocado and grapefruit mixture onto plates.
