How To Make Oriental Cod & Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic.

  3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them, making sure to coat each fillet.

  4. Arrange the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and snap peas around the cod fillets.

  5. Drizzle the vegetable oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
