- 250g halloumi cheese, sliced
- 2 medium beetroots, cooked and sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Heat a griddle pan or grill over high heat.

In a bowl, combine the olive oil and honey.

Place the halloumi slices onto the griddle pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

In a serving dish, arrange the grilled halloumi, sliced beetroot, and orange segments.
