  • 250g halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 2 medium beetroots, cooked and sliced
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a griddle pan or grill over high heat.

  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil and honey.

  3. Place the halloumi slices onto the griddle pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  4. In a serving dish, arrange the grilled halloumi, sliced beetroot, and orange segments.

  5. Drizzle the olive oil and honey mixture over the dish.

  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  7. Serve immediately.
