How To Make Octopus a la Gallega

Ingredients
- 1 kg octopus
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Sea salt
Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the octopus. Cook for 40-45 minutes until tender.

Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into thick slices. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Once the octopus is cooked, remove from the pot and cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a separate bowl, mix the paprika and olive oil together.

On a serving platter, arrange the potatoes and top with the octopus pieces. Drizzle the paprika and olive oil mixture over the top.

Sprinkle with sea salt and serve hot.
