Ingredients

  • 1 kg octopus
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the octopus. Cook for 40-45 minutes until tender.

  2. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into thick slices. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  3. Once the octopus is cooked, remove from the pot and cut into bite-sized pieces.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the paprika and olive oil together.

  5. On a serving platter, arrange the potatoes and top with the octopus pieces. Drizzle the paprika and olive oil mixture over the top.

  6. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve hot.
