How To Make Portuguese Octopus Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb of octopus
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
Instructions

Clean and rinse the octopus, then boil for 30 minutes until tender. Cut into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix together the red onion, red and green bell pepper slices, and chopped parsley.
