How To Make Lobster Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth.

Slowly pour in milk while continuously whisking. Cook until the mixture thickens.

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar and Gruyere cheeses until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked macaroni and chopped lobster meat to the cheese sauce. Mix until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
