How To Make Tunisian Grilled Fish Recipe

A spicy grilled fish recipe with Tunisian flavors.

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (any firm white fish)
  • 2 tablespoons of harissa paste
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together harissa paste, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil to form a paste.

  3. Brush both sides of the fish fillets with the harissa paste.

  4. Place the fish fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 7-10 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through.

  5. Once done, remove from heat, and garnish with fresh parsley (if desired).

  6. Serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
