How To Make Figs with Goat’s Cheese, Pistachios & Honey

Ingredients
- 8 fresh figs, halved
- 100g goat’s cheese, crumbled
- 50g pistachios, chopped
- 4 tbsp honey
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Place the figs, cut side up, on a baking tray or grill pan.

Sprinkle the goat’s cheese and chopped pistachios over the figs.

Drizzle the honey over the top.

Place the tray or pan under the grill for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is slightly melted and the figs are softened.

Remove from the grill and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
