How To Make Grilled Trout with Dill & Mustard Sauce

- 4 trout fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Rub the trout fillets with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, fresh dill, lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic.

Place the trout fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Brush the mustard sauce over the trout fillets during the last few minutes of grilling.

Remove the trout from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the grilled trout with additional dill and lemon wedges, if desired.
