How To Make Easy Prawn Noodles

Ingredients

  • 250g dried egg noodles
  • 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced chili. Stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. Push the prawns to one side of the pan and add the cooked noodles to the other side. Stir-fry the noodles for a minute.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the noodles and prawns. Mix well to combine.

  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.

  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onions and fresh cilantro.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
