How To Make Easy Prawn Noodles

Ingredients
- 250g dried egg noodles
- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced chili. Stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.

Push the prawns to one side of the pan and add the cooked noodles to the other side. Stir-fry the noodles for a minute.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the noodles and prawns. Mix well to combine.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onions and fresh cilantro.
