How To Make Crab Lasagne

Ingredients

  • 8 lasagne sheets
  • 1 pound crab meat, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the lasagne sheets according to package instructions and set aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

  4. Place a layer of cooked lasagne sheets on top of the sauce.

  5. Spread half of the crab mixture evenly over the lasagne sheets.

  6. Repeat the layers with marinara sauce, lasagne sheets, and the remaining crab mixture.

  7. Finish with a final layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Let the lasagne cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
