Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the salmon steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon steaks and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and minced garlic.

  4. Rub the seasoning gently onto the salmon steaks to ensure they are well coated.

  5. Place a few slices of lemon on top of each salmon steak.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
