- 1 loaf of Italian bread
- 1/2 cup of green olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup of black olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup of roasted red peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 8 slices of Genoa salami
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of provolone cheese
- 8 slices of mortadella
- 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Slice the Italian bread in half horizontally.

In a bowl, mix together the green olives, black olives, roasted red peppers, capers, minced garlic, and olive oil to make the olive salad.

Spread a generous amount of the olive salad on the bottom half of the bread.

Layer the Genoa salami, ham, provolone cheese, mortadella, and mozzarella cheese on top of the olive salad.
