Pulled Turkey Barbecue Sandwiches Recipe

This is a great pulled turkey sandwiches recipe that is much healthier for you. We recommend serving them on a bun with coleslaw and home fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 Jennie-O turkey loin, Jennie-O
  • Barbecue sauce, of choice, to taste/as needed
  • salt and pepper , to taste

Instructions

  1. Place turkey loins in a crockpot. 
  2. Add the barbecue sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on high for approximately 3 hours until the meat falls apart with a fork. 
  4. Shred the turkey breast with a fork, cover and cook an additional 20 minutes. 
  5. Serve with your preferred bread and desired toppings.
