Ingredients
- 1 hot-smoked salmon fillet, flaked
- 1 loaf of crusty bread
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving a thick crust.

In a bowl, mix together the flaked salmon, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, red onion, dill, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the salmon mixture into the hollowed-out bread loaf.

Place the filled loaf on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, until the bread is crispy and the filling is heated through.
